★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso essere contento della qualità del lavoro svolto, anche se il personale è molto affabile e cortese. Si trattava di rsolvere un piccolo problema di ruggine all'interno dello sportello lato guida (una righetta di un cm circa), intervento da eseguire in garanzia. Consegnata l'auto alle otto di mattina, alle 16,00 telefono e mi dicono di ritirarla alle 18,00 (sospetto: lavoro ancora da iniziare). Dopo la consegna, il giorno successivo, alla luce del giorno, mi accorgo che è peggio di prima: residui di polvere sulla vernice secca, ombra di ruggine ancora presente. Riporto la macchina in carrozzeria un pomeriggio alle 16,00. Il capo officina si rende conto del pessimo lavoro e mi dice che basta una lucidata (???): ci prova, ma poi torna e mi dice che c'è bisogno di verniciarla. Risultato: aspetto un'ora e mezza e questa volta il lavoro è ben fatto, fatta eccezione per una piccola tacca incisa sul profilo della portiera, con conseguente asportazione della vernice: la firma!!!
 Unfortunately I cannot be happy with the quality of the work done, even if the staff is very affable and courteous. It was a matter of solving a small problem of rust inside the driver's side door (a ruler of about one cm), an intervention to be performed under warranty. Delivered the car at eight in the morning, at 16.00 on the phone and they tell me to pick it up at 18.00 (suspect: work still to be started). After the delivery, the next day, in the light of the day, I realize that it is worse than before: residues of dust on the dry paint, rust shadow still present. I bring the car back to the body shop one afternoon at 16.00. The workshop manager realizes the bad work and tells me that a polished (???) is enough: he tries, but then he comes back and tells me that there is a need to paint it. Result: I wait an hour and a half and this time the job is well done, except for a small notch engraved on the profile of the door, with consequent removal of the paint: the signature !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che un posto dove porti l'auto a riparare ti sembra di entrare in clinica. Non c'è una macchia sul bel pavimento neanche a cercarla con la lente. Il personale gentilissimo ti accoglie con cortesia e competenza. Il capo è all'altezza di questa fantastica carrozzeria
More than a place where you take your car for repair, you feel like you are entering a clinic. There is not a stain on the beautiful floor not even looking for it with the lens. The very kind staff welcomes you with courtesy and competence. The garment is at the height of this fantastic body

Mi hanno fatto il preventivo e hanno sbrigato tutte le carte con l'assicurazione.
In poche parole; ho portato la macchina, mi hanno lascito la sostitutiva e dopo due giorni l'ho ritirata pulita e aggiustata senza alcuna mia preoccupazione.
Very very nice staff.
I brought the car for beating from uncivilized people.
They gave me the quote and processed all the papers with insurance.
In short words; I brought the car, they left me the replacement and after two days I picked it up clean and fixed without any concern of mine.
