Il titolare si lamentava scocciato e in modo poco professionale dicendo che l'assicurazione gli paga pochissimo la mano d'opera. Trovo poco corretto e non professionale questo comportamento. Piuttosto di lamentarsi coi clienti che si sganciasse dalla "partnership" con l'assicurazione.
I went to this body shop because it was suggested by my insurance. I don't recommend it. The owner complained annoyed and unprofessionally saying that the insurance pays very little for the labor. I find this behavior unfair and unprofessional. Rather than complain to customers that he is disengaging from the "partnership" with the insurance company.
