Da oltre 25 anni ho avuto sinistri per fortuna sempre dalla parte della ragione ed in questa carrozzeria mi hanno sempre assistito e reso l'autovettura come nuova, anzi di più! Inoltre nessun problema per auto sostitutiva con vasta scelta senza mai un problema. Perfect bodywork in everything! For over 25 years I have fortunately had accidents always on the side of reason and in this bodywork they have always assisted me and made the car like new, even more! La verniciatura fatto da loro, dopo 6 mesi si sbuccia da una semplice lavaggio con l'idropulitrice. Ovviamente danno la colpa al cliente e non il lavoro fatto male. Ho parlato con altre due carrozzerie, e tutte due mi hanno detto la stessa cosa, il lavoro è stato fatto male, faccendomi vedere altri punti del portellone non accettabili a un livello di professionalità. Parlo solo della verniciatura che si sbuccia. C'era anche il portellone sbagliato quando sono andato a ritirarla, la prima volta. Il fatto che hanno provato di consegnarla così dice tutto. Anche una guarnizione (di €90) che mi hanno installato male (strappato) invece delle €150 di rimoborso per un panello del portellone posteriore tenuto insieme con silicone e crepata, sempre installato da loro. Farò un update con più foto della esperienza con Carrozzeria FAZIO Since Carrozzeria Fazio raises a star's review, here's mine again. The painting done by them, after 6 months it peels from a simple washing with the pressure washer. Obviously they blame the customer and not the bad job. I talked to two other bodyshops, and they both told me the same thing, the job was badly done, showing me other parts of the tailgate that were not acceptable to a professional level. I'm just talking about the peeling paint. There was also the wrong tailgate when I went to pick it up, the first time. The fact that they tried to deliver it so says it all. Also a gasket (of € 90) that they installed badly (torn) instead of the € 150 refund for a tailgate panel held together with silicone and cracked, always installed by them. I will make an update with more photos of the experience with FAZIO Bodywork
