Hanno gestito la pratica con il perito ed effettuato un ottimo lavoro in tempi rapidi. Nel servizio ho avuto anche una piccola auto sostitutiva che è risultata comoda per poter continuare a sbrigare le proprie faccende.
I turned to this bodywork to repair my Renault. They were very courteous and professional. They managed the practice with the expert and did an excellent job quickly. In the service I also had a small replacement car which was comfortable to be able to continue to deal with your chores.

Assieme alla professionalità (lavoro eseguito perfettamente, soprattutto perché la macchina era nuova), ho apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità. Mi hanno spiegato esattamente le procedure e le tempistiche, riuscendo a concordare consegna e ritiro nel miglior modo possibile.

I turned to this body shop on the advice of the insurance due to hail damage. Together with professionalism (work performed perfectly, above all because the car was new), I appreciated the courtesy and availability. They explained to me exactly the procedures and timing, managing to agree on delivery and collection in the best possible way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente, ho avuto un paio di esperienze con la carrozzeria Di Pasquale dove mi sono recato per effettuare riparazioni alla carrozzeria dell'auto in dotazione. Ho trovato sempre professionalita', puntualita', cortesia e tanta disponibilita' da parte dei dipendenti e dello stesso titolare, capace di assecondare anche le richieste dei clienti piu' esigenti. Molto meticolosi anche nelle rifiniture e nella pulizia del veicolo alla restituzione.
Personally, I have had a couple of experiences with the Di Pasquale body shop where I went to carry out repairs to the body of the car supplied. I have always found professionalism, punctuality, courtesy and a lot of availability on the part of the employees and the owner himself, capable of satisfying even the requests of the most demanding customers. Very meticulous also in the finishing and cleaning of the vehicle upon return.
