Angelo Meroni e' stato poco professionale con un atteggiamento biasimevole, per tre settimane NON ha risposto a nessuna chiamata o messaggio, e NON richiamava nonostante i vari solleciti, presentandomi due volte fisicamente NON si faceva trovare, mentre il fratello si lavava le mani dicendo di non saperne nulla, perdendo tempo utile per la riparazione. Dopo aver perso quelle tre settimane, preso dallo sfinimento e per non spendere altri soldi col carroatrezzi, per mio errore ho fatto fare il lavoro a loro, ma nonostante la fattura superiore ai tremila euro, hanno tralasciato vari segni sulla carrozzeria (presistenti) che probabilmente bastavano mezz' ora di lavoro in piu' per sistemarli. ZERO PROFESSIONALITA', ZERO CURA E ZERO RISPETTO PER I CLIENTI, STATE LONTANI, MERITANO DI FALLIRE!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! After bringing the car for the quote, Mr. Angelo Meroni was unprofessional with a reprehensible attitude, for three weeks he did NOT answer any calls or messages, and did NOT call back despite the various reminders, presenting me twice physically NOT he let himself be found, while his brother washed his hands, saying he didn't know anything, wasting time for repairs. After losing those three weeks, taken from exhaustion and in order not to spend any more money on the tow truck, for my mistake I made them do the work, but despite the invoice exceeding three thousand euros, they left out various signs on the bodywork (present) which probably half an hour of extra work was enough to fix them. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, ZERO CARE AND ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, STAY AWAY, THEY DESERVE TO FAIL !!!!

Nonostante il preventivo piu' alto rispetto ad altri, ho accettato ugualmente pensando che sarebbe stato eseguito un buon lavoro, essendo stato indirizzato da un' altra persona che invece era rimasto soddifatto da un loro lavoro. La portiera non e' stato raddrizzata bene, mentre Il colore e' chiaramente piu' scuro rispetto al resto dell' auto. Davanti alle mie contestazioni i Fratelli Meroni hanno trovato mille scuse, sostenendo che non si poteva fare meglio, senza prendersi le colpe e rifare il lavoro. SCAPPATE E ANDATE DA PROFESSIONISTI VERI, I FRATELLI MERONI SONO DUE IMPROVVISATI!!!! Bad experience, I had my car door straightened and repainted following an accident. Despite the higher estimate than others, I accepted anyway thinking that a good job would be done, having been addressed by another person who was instead satisfied with their work. The door has not been straightened well, while the color is clearly darker than the rest of the car. Faced with my disputes, the Meroni Brothers have found a thousand excuses, arguing that they could not do better, without taking the blame and redoing the job. ESCAPE AND GO TO REAL PROFESSIONALS, THE MERONI BROTHERS ARE TWO SUGGESTED !!!!
A	Alberto Trani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo un preventivo per una riparazione con polizza Kasko. Mi fanno la perizia e mi dicono di attendere che la compagnia autorizzi la riparazione. Segnalo che ho urgenza, ma mi dicono non dipendere da loro. Sollecito la mia compagnia assicurativa, che in 2 giorni autorizza la riparazione confermando gli importi. Chiamo e chiedo di fissare un appuntamento, ma mi dicono che se a me l'autorizzazione è arrivata oggi, a loro arriverà domani. Li richiamo io giorno dopo e mi dicono che la riparazione è autorizzata e che mi chiameranno loro per fissare un appuntamento. Rinnovo l'urgenza, ma mi dicono di attendere. Richiamo due giorni dopo, dato che nessuno si è più fatto vivo, e chiedo di fissare questo appuntamento. Mi rispondono che devono vedere quando hanno disponibilità e che per almeno 3 settimane sono pieni. Chiedo di fissare per la quarta settimana, ma mi rispondono che mi richiameranno fra 15 giorni. Ho mandato una mail, che hanno ignorato, e alla fine sono stato costretto a rivolgermi ad altra officina. Mai vista così poca voglia di lavorare e così scarsa attenzione per il cliente. I ask for a quote for a repair with Kasko policy. They check me out and tell me to wait for the company to authorize the repair. I signal that I have urgency, but they tell me not to depend on them. I ask my insurance company, which in 2 days authorizes the repair, confirming the amounts. I call and ask to make an appointment, but they tell me that if the authorization has arrived today, it will reach them tomorrow. I call them back the next day and they tell me that the repair is authorized and that they will call me to make an appointment. I renew the urgency, but they tell me to wait. I'll call back two days later, as no one has shown up anymore, and ask to make this appointment. They reply that they have to see when they have availability and that they are full for at least 3 weeks. I ask to fix for the fourth week, but they tell me that they will call me back in 15 days. I sent an email, which they ignored, and in the end I was forced to go to another workshop. Never seen so little desire to work and so little attention for the customer.
