Sono andata a chiedere spiegazioni e sono stata aggredita verbalmente, la risposta della signora Clelia è stata a dir poco scortese. Offensiva e acida, e per fortuna che lavora da 10 anni in questa pasticceria!!! Non penso che il cliente abbia sempre ragione, ma se esponendo le mie ragioni lei spariva nel laboratorio qualche dubbio viene a galla. Da 1,5 kg di torta richiesti, siamo arrivati giustamente a 2,110 kg. Ma con il polistirolo siamo arrivati a 2,780 kg. Per un totale di €83. La professionalità non sanno neanche cosa sia. E il rispetto del cliente non esiste, il cliente chiede spiegazioni e in risposta vede i proprietari arrampicarsi sugli specchi. Siete davvero vergognosi, non ho parole. SCONSIGLIATA. Shameful. D	Dalila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo richiesto con largo anticipo una torta mimetica, senza pasta di zucchero, per un 50esimo. Questo è il risultato (allego foto). Da come si vede in foto, la torta di mimetico non ha nulla ed il sapore lasciava a desiderare. Insomma un flop totale. Per una semplice torta con panna, Pandispagna, crema pasticcera e fragole, per il costo di 65.00 euro mi aspettavo tutt'altro. Infine, la "gentilezza" del personale è incommentabile. È QUESTO IL MODO IN CUI TRATTATE I VOSTRI CLIENTI?! Complimenti. Assolutamente sconsigliata. The owner (the lady with whom I was talking to place the order of the cake, which in the end was not completed) is a great RUDE but above all AGGRESSIVE in her words and manner. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ?! Well done. Absolutely not recommended.

É possibile anche acquistare brioches fresche riempite al momento con diversi gusti a scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e possibilità di prenotare per ritirare in seguito, il servizio è abbastanza veloce. Per 140 euro non so cosa costa di piu il orsacchiotto o il polistirolo. DELUSIONE TOTALE!!!!! We asked for a rectangle cake for my son's first birthday and what they made is this styrofoam brick. For 140 euros I don't know what the teddy bear or polystyrene costs more. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!

L’errore ci può stare , è umano, non ci può stare l’atteggiamento della signora che anziché scusarsi si è visibilmente alterata e ha risposto in malomodo. Questo nonostante la mia compagna è stata fin troppo gentile e ha preso altro. Abbiamo pensato: avrà avuto una giornata storta e abbiamo provato a tornarci. E niente, non entrerò nei dettagli ma quel posto non ci vedrà mai piu. Li il cliente non solo non ha mai ragione, ma viene trattato come uno zerbino. Una stella è pure troppo, da evitare come la peste. I avoided writing a review when they forgot to make us a birthday cake a while ago. Risultato? Pan di Spagna, Crema pasticciera ricoperta da un bello strato di 2 cm di panna! Ora non so se sia necessario esibirlo in quanto negozio alimentare ed in più da asporto, comunque nessun problema in merito. La cosa strana però è che alla fine ho pagato e non mi hanno fatto lo scontrino. Trovo singolare tutto questo zelo verso una regola che ripeto non sono certo che debba essere applicata per pasticcerie con asporto, mentre si sorvola sullo scontrino che di sicuro è obbligatorio. Ognuno faccia le sue valutazioni. Quello che è certo è che per quanto mi riguarda hanno perso un cliente e di sicuro non consiglierò questo esercizio. The strange thing, however, is that in the end I paid and they didn't give me a receipt. I find all this zeal for a rule singular that I repeat, I am not sure that it should be applied to pastry shops with take-away, while it is overlooked on the receipt which is certainly mandatory. Everyone makes his own assessments. What is certain is that as far as I am concerned they have lost a client and for sure I will not recommend this exercise.
