A month and a half waiting for a call after a claim and repeated calls not being answered on a date for repair but very rude on the phone I decided to change and advise against such poor service.

Ed inoltre non è stato fatto, come avevano detto loro inizialmente, un altro lavoro. La cosa peggiore è che hanno smentito ciò che avevano detto inizialmente. Capisco che è caldo, ma è sufficiente avvisare o potevano almeno trovare scuse meno irritanti di un cambio di posizione così. I paid, out of personal honesty, for a job that I said NOT to do and that they did without even notifying. And also, as they had initially told them, no other work has been done. Worst of all, they denied what they originally said. I understand it's hot, but just warn or they could at least find less irritating excuses for a change of position like that.

Sporca di fumo di vernice, ho chiesto di lucidare mi ha detto che lui non c entra niente con lo sporco. Carrozzeria da sconsigliare ????????? S	Susanna Khalil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente in caso di sinistro, pessimo trattamento. Ti fanno perdere tanto tempo inutilmente. Non si facevano mai sentire per prima e dopo la valutazione del perito abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte l'intervento alla macchina. Inoltre abbiamo richiesto un'auto di cortesia e non ci hanno saputo dire fino al giorno dell'intervento ( per dirci che non ne avevano) abbiamo dovuto noleggiare un'auto dopo essere rimasti a piedi per ben tre giorni. Pessimo proprio!!! però i soldi dell'assicurazione se li sono intascati alla grande. I strongly advise against in case of accident, bad treatment. They make you waste a lot of time in vain. They never made themselves heard first and after the expert's evaluation we had to request the machine to intervene several times. We also requested a courtesy car and they couldn't tell us until the day of the surgery (to tell us they didn't have any) we had to rent a car after being on foot for three days. Very bad !!! but the insurance money they pocketed big time.
