★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma vi descrivo la mia esperienza , non lo consiglio a nessuno, ho chiamato per un informazione , mi sembrava di non avere detto nulla di strano , hanno incominciato a offendere dicendo "non sai parlare " cordialità pari a 0 se non di meno , prezzi esorbitanti per una ammaccatura in una macchina ma poi questo é tutto da vedere perché ovviamente paga l'assicurazione e siccome siamo in Italia loro ci giocano pure su secondo me , e niente apparte questo che mi sembra anche troppo io sconsiglio a tutti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In seguito ad un incidente la macchina è stata portata a questa officina (essendo la più vicina) dal carroattrezzi. Non hanno fatto nessuna menzione del costo giornaliero del deposito dell'auto e visto che non tutte le officine te lo fanno pagare mi sembrava corretto dirlo subito. Hanno chiesto 10 euro al giorno per tenere la macchina fuori sotto l'acqua peggiorando ancora di più le condizioni della carrozzeria e degli interni perchè avendo i vetri rotti si è sporcata e bagnata tutta! Professionalità, rispetto e cura del cliente totalmente assenti!
Following an accident, the machine was brought to this workshop (being the closest) to the tow truck. They made no mention of the daily cost of storing the car and since not all the workshops charge you, it seemed correct to say it right away. They asked for 10 euros a day to keep the car outside under water, making the body and interior conditions even worse, because having broken glass, it got dirty and wet! Professionalism, respect and customer care totally absent!
