Am Dienstag Morgen wurde mir für Donnerstag ein Termin zur Reparatur gegeben. Die Reparatur war absolut sauber und termingerecht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe!
Shortly before arriving at my holiday destination, the exhaust gas recirculation valve on my Octavia failed. Driving was only possible in emergency mode. On Tuesday morning I was given an appointment for Thursday to have it repaired. The repair was absolutely clean and on time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for the quick help!
