Ho però fatto un ultimo tentivo chiamando il punto vendita di Concesio, dove Vanessa, la shop assistent che mi ha risposto, nonostante fosse in orario di chiusura, si è mobilitata subito per aiutarmi, andando oltre l'orario lavorativo. La mattina dopo aveva già avvisato i colleghi, trovato e fatto arrivare l'articolo in pv. Anche in negozio ho trovato dipendenti gentili, solari e super disponibili. Non è così comune trovare persone che prendano tanto a cuore il proprio lavoro e le esigenze dei clienti, mettendo a disposizione anche il loro tempo libero per far sì chi si rivolge a loro sia seguito e soddisfatto al 100%. Era un semplice regalo, ma dandogli tanta importanza l'hanno reso qualcosa di più.
I was looking for a birthday present; I had already seen other stores where I had found the ideal article, but not in the desired color; I was advised to look for it on the site. However, I made a last attempt by calling the Concesio store, where Vanessa, the shop assistant who replied to me, despite being closed, immediately mobilized to help me, going beyond working hours. The following morning he had already informed his colleagues, found and sent the article to the public. Also in the shop I found kind, sunny and super helpful employees. It is not so common to find people who take their work and the needs of customers so dearly, also making their free time available to ensure that those who turn to them are followed and 100% satisfied. It was a simple gift, but giving it so much importance they made it something more.
