Chiedo un caffè macchiato freddo,con latte a parte.
Mi viene portato un caffè con una goccia di latte palesemente caldo vista la schiuma al suo interno.
Pago subito su richiesta della barista motivando la cosa come: sto chiudendo,ti faccio pagare subito. (Orario di chiusura su Google 19.30).
Dopo circa 2 minuti, la barista arriva e vuole levarci le tazzine perché, ribadisce, essere in chiusura.
Credo che non si debba mettere fretta ad un cliente, il quale probabilmente viene a bere un caffè per rilassarsi in pausa dal lavoro. Qui é stato tutt'altro che rilassante.
Esperienza ahimè pessima.
Arrived at 2pm on Saturday afternoon
I ask for a cold coffee with milk on the side.
I am brought a coffee with a drop of milk that is obviously hot given the foam inside.
I pay immediately at the request of the bartender motivating the thing as: I'm closing, I'll make you pay immediately. (Closing time on Google 7.30pm).
After about 2 minutes, the bartender arrives and wants to remove our cups because, she reiterates, she is closing.
I think you shouldn't rush a customer, who probably comes for a coffee to relax after work break. Here it was anything but relaxing.
Bad experience alas.
