Io e le mie colleghe ci mettiamo il cuore tutti i giorni (domeniche e molti festivi compresi) per soddisfare i bisogni dei nostri clienti. Siamo sempre pronte anche a chiarimenti perché crediamo nel nostri lavoro e siamo disponibili a risolvere ogni problema, quando le richieste sono ragionevoli ? I have been working on it for 6 years and I assure you that our shop is absolutely not ROUGH and DIRTY .. I don't know what has visited who defines it like this. My colleagues and I put our heart in every day (Sundays and many holidays included) to meet the needs of our customers. We are always ready even for clarifications because we believe in our work and we are available to solve any problem, when requests are reasonable ?

The saleswoman who has been working in this shop for years is very good, kind, even this morning I bought a bag on sale and a very comfortable umbrella .., 2 weeks ago my daughter took her backpack from the new collection ... much of the credit goes to the kindness and skill of both orders ....
