Alla cassa quello che si presume essere il gestore/proprietario (?) altrimenti non si spiegherebbe il motivo di trovare una persona così poco user friendly a contatto con i clienti. Courteous salesmen available and prepared, discrete variety of products, the technical / sporting part is certainly better. Not exactly competitive prices. At the cashier what is assumed to be the manager / owner (?) Otherwise the reason for finding such an unfriendly person in contact with customers would not be explained.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe da uomo della Valleverde molto confortevoli a 75 euro ma mi sono durate meno di una settimana. Lo strato di pelle, o finta pelle si è staccato in più parti facendo sembrare le scarpe come un paio da lavoro. Sono rimasto deluso. Per un prezzo minore, stessa resa allora sarei andato al mercato. The choice is vast. the area is large and it is impossible not to find the desired shoe. I bought a very comfortable pair of men's shoes from Valleverde for 75 euros but they lasted less than a week. The layer of leather, or imitation leather, has come off in several parts making the shoes look like a pair of work. I was disappointed. For a lesser price, same yield then I would have gone to the market.

Voleva farci pagare il prezzo pieno ma ho insistito nel controllare e così (ovviamente) una collega ha confermato che le scarpe erano scontate. Il proprietario al posto di scusarsi della pessima figuraccia ha detto “il problema siete voi, non lei, ma voi clienti, voi rubate”. Sono sicura che non voglio più mettere piede in questo posto con prezzi gonfiati e furbetti, il problema non sono i clienti! We took some discounted shoes and the owner at the checkout questioned whether the price was correct. He wanted to charge us full price but I insisted on checking and so (obviously) a colleague confirmed that the shoes were discounted. Instead of apologizing for the bad fool, the owner said "the problem is you, not her, but you customers, you steal". I'm sure I don't want to set foot in this place with inflated and crafty prices anymore, the problem is not the customers!

Uno ha l'impressione che di dare fastidio anche al semplice rifiuto di idee. E a chiedere di vedere un secondo o un terzo modello oppure legittimamente chiede se esiste in altro colore. Tutto era un po impositivo. Io ricordo quando mi si invitava a tenerle ed andare a fare le scale o almeno un giro... Qui ad ogni obiezione mi facevo sempre più piccola. Avrei dovuto credo lasciare andare. Spero una prossima volta di avere più fortuna In my case, a frustrating experience in the walking / mountain footwear department. Hanno tolto le scarpe da sposa e stanno togliendo quelle da ballo. Tennis poca scelta, per gli altri sport invece trovate più prodotti. Fanno sconti per il Black Friday! Shoe shop and more and more clothes, good variety of choices. They don't have a customer card for discounts like in other shops, too bad. They've taken off their bridal shoes and they're taking off their prom shoes. Tennis little choice, for other sports instead you will find more products. They do discounts for Black Friday!
