Torno al negozio e non si è potuto o voluto rimediare "all'errore" perché lo scontrino era stato emesso senza la promozione per cui la borsetta omaggio non poteva uscire senza uno scontrino e lo scontrino emesso non poteva essere cancellato. Non ci ho pensato ma dovevo lasciare tutto lì e pretendere la restituzione dei soldi. Bella fregatura perché non sempre si può permettere di fare shopping e ci sono rimasta molto male. Gli errori sono sempre a favore dei commercianti e non è corretto ciò che è successo. Di certo non tornerò più li.
