RISPOSTA : Forse vostra signoria non conosce le dinamiche del commercio ; se lei si trova nella suddetta posizione non è merito delle sue grazie, ma dei clienti che spendono i propri soldini nel suo negozio. Si è vero l'articolo è stato cambiato, (volendo specificare che non era un cambio ma un reso) ma non con poche polemiche! Le ricordo che se vuole rispetto deve portare rispetto. Vorrei ricordare che la prossima volta sarà mio immenso piacere chiamare le forze dell'ordine! Sono andata con mia mamma, parlavamo spagnolo fra di noi, (mia mamma non parla italiano dato che fa solo turismo ed e venuta a visitarme) e per l'ultimo la comessa fa un comentario per niente cortese. "Qua bisogna che si parli italiano" Ma scusa se sono io che lo parlo, e spiego a mia mamma tutto, che necesita c'e di dire questo. Che fra l'altro si vede che era di cativo umore, se si lavora con dei cliente almeno un sorriso. Ci sonno persone molto piu gentili con voglia di lavorare, potete scegliere meglio le vostre comesse. Chiedo scusa se non scrivo del tutto bene, lo avrei scritto in inglese ma penso che era meglio farlo in Italiano. Total rudeness, from what I read they don't know how to be kind. Metto una stella solo perché altrimenti non mi viene data la possibilità di recensire, altrimenti neanche quella. Andrò sicuramente in altri negozi Carpisa dove le commesse sono molto più cordiali e mi sono sempre trovata bene I do not recommend such a shop!
