★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per sapere se i fratelli proprietari erano i miei cugini, io vivo in Germania e non sò il loro indirizzo e la persona maschile che mi ha risposto, non solo era sgarbato era proprio antipatico e per nulla gentile e senza un minimo di cuore, sentendo e sapendo che chiedevo una informazione perchè uno dei miei cugini è deceduto dopo una brutta malattia e volevo parlare o scrivere con al mio altro cugino.
Non essendo di loro ritiro le cinque stelle, anche per la mancata gentilezza.
I phoned to find out if the owner brothers were my cousins, I live in Germany and I don't know their address and the male person who replied, not only was he rude he was really unpleasant and not at all kind and without a minimum of heart, hearing and knowing that I was asking for information because one of my cousins died after a bad illness and I wanted to talk or write with my other cousin.
Not being of them I withdraw the five stars, also for the lack of kindness.
