★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistate nel 2019 4 porte, 4 tapparelle elettriche e 4 finestre. Da subito ci sono dei problemi sia alle tapparelle che alla porta finestra. Mandano 3 volte gli operai, a cui ogni volta mancano dei pezzi per finire il lavoro. La titolare ogni volta mi risponde:" appena qualcuno si libera arriva". Fatalità guarda un po, passano 3 anni e mi arriva preventivo per sistemare il tutto perché prodotto fuori garanzia. Titolari che avendo il coltello dalla parte del manico, hanno fatto i furbi e ci sono riusciti, maleducazione tanta ma assistenza post vendita nessuna. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare qui, rapporto qualità prezzo non valido.
Purchased in 2019 4 doors, 4 electric shutters and 4 windows. Immediately there are problems with both the shutters and the French window. They send the workers 3 times, each time missing pieces to finish the job. The owner replies to me every time: "as soon as someone gets free, they arrive". Fatality, look a bit, 3 years pass and I get a quote to fix everything because it is out of warranty. Owners who, having the knife on the side of the handle, have been smart and have succeeded, a lot of rudeness but no after-sales assistance. I strongly advise against buying here, value for money is not valid.
