Tralasciando il fatto che i piatti sono stati davvero una goduria assoluta, quello che mi ha affascinata di più è proprio il luogo, l'atmosfera.. più che un pranzo è stato un percorso emotivo e sperimentale.. lo Chef Carmelo è unico e inimitabile.. non lo smetterò mai di ringraziare per l'esperienza di ieri. All tasty plates yet heavy (clams with almonds soup is excellent but three spoon are enough per person). Good selection of natural wines by the bottle and only one selection for wine by the glass (one white and one red). The staff is nice and enjoys a quick talk with the guests. The chef engages with the guests who knows / select the tasting menu.
