Mia moglie ha comprato diversi tipi di carne da questi signori questa mattina (26/03/2022) e con mio NON stupore, visto che che tempo fa dietro consiglio di amici abbiamo fatto spesa e le dissi che MAI più avrebbe dovuto metter piede in quei locali. Ma tantè, questa sera abbiamo avuto modo di degustare la loro carne, letteralmente BOLLITA, avendo mollato un dito d'acqua nei piatti. Bestie siringate di antibiotici? Roba vecchia da frigo? Salsiccia cadaverica....non ho parole, mai, mai più. Bad experience for the second time. My wife bought several types of meat from these gentlemen this morning (03/26/2022) and to my NOT amazement, since we went shopping in the past on the advice of friends and I told her that she should NEVER set foot in those locals. But anyway, this evening we had the opportunity to taste their meat, literally BOILED, having dropped a finger of water on the plates. Beasts syringed with antibiotics? Old fridge stuff? Corpse sausage .... I have no words, never, never again.

Mio marito ed io siamo amanti della carne ma siamo anche abbastanza critici e non ci accontentiamo di quello che si compra nei supermercati. Qui abbiamo trovato una qualità eccelsa oltre a tantissimi tagli particolari di carne e ad un sacco di prodotti preparati da loro in modo sfizioso. Abbiamo acquistato 2 bistecchine da 400 g l’una di Wagyu per oltre 200 euro ma siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi. E’ vero che si aspetta un po’ ma l’attesa viene ripagata dalla meraviglia che si trova all’interno oltre al fatto che chi ti serve ti fa sentire l’unico cliente presente anche se fuori ad attendere ci sono 10 persone e assolutamente non ti mettono fretta per passare all’avventore successivo. Sono i numeri uno in assoluto The only adjective that comes to mind is EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I are meat lovers but we are also quite critical and we are not satisfied with what you buy in supermarkets. Here we have found an excellent quality as well as many particular cuts of meat and a lot of products prepared by them in a delicious way. We bought 2 Wagyu steaks of 400 g each for over 200 euros but we were delighted. It is true that you wait a bit but the wait is rewarded by the wonder that is inside as well as the fact that whoever you need makes you feel the only customer present even if there are 10 people waiting outside and absolutely not they put you in a hurry to move on to the next customer. They are the absolute number one
