★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per curiosità sono venuto a vedere questo carnevale xké viene descritto come strabiliante.
Certo,sulla sfilata e la bellezza dei carri nulla da dire,ma pagare 20€ x entrare dentro il percorso mi sembra alquanto esagerato x uno spettacolo che non dura neanche 3 ore.
Facendosi pagare l'ingresso e avendo le sovvenzioni dallo stato chiunque riuscirebbe a realizzare una sfilata così.
Sicuramente in Italia ci sono altre feste di carnevale che non hanno nulla da invidiare a questo ma che non hanno la stessa pubblicità e soprattutto gli stessi fondi e sicuramente durano molto di più di 3 ore.

Surely in Italy there are other carnival parties that have nothing to envy to this but that do not have the same advertising and especially the same funds and certainly last much longer than 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni anno per 4 domeniche (tra gennaio e febbraio di solito, le date variano in base alla Pasqua) i viali del lungomare di Viareggio si animano di maschere e carri, musica e colori. Spettacolo bellissimo, unico... assolutamente da vivere almeno per un giorno.
Il parcheggio non adeguato è l'unico problema. La stazione a pochi km una possibile soluzione.
Every year for 4 Sundays (between January and February usually, the dates vary according to Easter) the avenues of the Viareggio promenade come alive with masks and floats, music and colors. Beautiful, unique show ... absolutely worth living for at least one day.
Inadequate parking is the only problem. The station a few km a possible solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza anche da ripetere, quest anno i prezzi sono più cari, l'ingresso costa 22 euro e la sfilata dei carri inizia alle ore 15.00, la passeggiata è larghissima e permette il distanziamento sociale di sicurezza, ingressi contingentati, i parcheggi inesistenti, si parcheggi dove capita, di solito lontanissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per gli amanti del Carnevale di qualsiasi età vale la pena andare a vedere questo spettacolo almeno una volta nella vita. I carri sono delle vere opere d'arte ambulanti! L'atmosfera è festante e coinvolgente, si respira in ogni stradina, su ogni balcone addobbato a tema. Merita, merita!!
For Carnival lovers of all ages worth going to see this show at least once in life. The wagons are real street art works! The atmosphere is festive and engaging, it is breathed in every street, on every balcony decorated theme. Deserves, she deserves !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Causa Covid quest'anno il carnevale di Viareggio è stato presentato a cavallo di fine estate e inizio autunno.
Un evento eccezionale che ha visto carri di vario genere aperti a ogni cultura e pensiero... Non ne sapevamo nulla e siamo arrivati quando la sfilata era ormai finita ma siamo comunque riusciti a vederne qualcuno.
Due to Covid, this year the Viareggio carnival was presented between late summer and early autumn.
An exceptional event that saw floats of various kinds open to every culture and thought ... We didn't know anything about it and we arrived when the parade was over but we still managed to see some of them.
