Qualità al top e si vede , carne tagliata a mano e non a macchina. Da oggi in poi è e sarà la nostra macelleria di fiducia , è una istituzione. Continuate cosi. Questa carne da quando mia figlia oggi l’ha assaggiata , per lei e’ la più buona di tutti gli altri tipi di carne e dice che la vostra carne e’ la migliore di tutto l’universo. Alla mia osservazione che le stesse erano in parte ossidate (marrone scuro) e che avrei gradito un taglio fresco mi ha risposto in malo modo dicendomi di andare ad acquistare la carne ad Emmepiù. Mentre uscivo, già abbastanza disgustata dal comportamento del suddetto interveniva una ragazza che diceva che noi clienti eravamo tutti maleducati ed arroganti (solo perchè avevo chiesto della carne non ossidata!). Uscendo facevo una foto all'insegna del negozio per ben ricordare con chi avevo avuto a che fare. Da li a poco mi accorgevo che il macellaio era uscito dalla sua bottega e correva verso di me minacciandomi ed intimandomi di consegnare il mio cellulare. Fortunatamente è stato bloccato fisicamente da un ragazzo uscito dal negozio. Oltre che maleducato è stato veramente aggressivo, da far paura. Mai più neanche vicino al negozio. Tanti macellai seri sono in giro capaci di fornire ottima carne e di ascoltare il cliente che deve essere sempre in grado di decidere cosa acquistare.
