Sono andata per un aperitivo senza prenotazione, ci hanno accolto senza nessun problema e ci hanno fatto accomodare sul divanetto.
Ci sono due formule aperitivo: una da 20€ (tre specialità dello chef + cocktail) e una da 25 € (tagliere di crudi di carne). Li ho provati entrambi e sono stati deliziosi, anche i cocktail davvero molto buoni.
Il locale è ampio e accogliente, la zona esterna è molto bella e ricorda lo stile oriental fusion.
Personale molto gentile e cortese.
Fate attenzione quando entrate, ci sono diversi scalini illuminati malissimo, e rischiereste di cadere.

New, well-kept restaurant specialized, as the name suggests, in meat.
I went for an aperitif without a reservation, they welcomed us without any problem and made us sit on the sofa.
There are two aperitif formulas: one for € 20 (three chef's specialties + cocktail) and one for € 25 (raw meat platter). I tried them both and they were delicious, really very good cocktails too.
The restaurant is large and welcoming, the outdoor area is very nice and reminiscent of the oriental fusion style.
Very polite and courteous staff.
Be careful when you enter, there are several badly lit steps, and you risk falling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi ama la carne deve provare questo posto! Hanno tagli di diversa tipologia e tutti di qualità! Io che non amo la carne troppo grassa ho preso un filetto che mi è stato servito su un piatto con pietre roventi, veramente ottimo! Ti accolgono con un antipasto di benvenuto molto particolare, fritto con fiore di zucca e carne speziata. Infine ho voluto provare il loro fantastico dolce al pistacchio, strati di pandispagna al pistacchio alternati a strati croccanti di cioccolato fondente con una valanga di crema al pistacchio sopra servito su un piatto decorato con oro alimentare. Quando lo hanno portato al tavolo aveva una plastica attorno per contenere la crema al pistacchio ed il cameriere, aiutandosi con una pinzetta, l’ha rimossa così da lasciare colare su tutta la crema sul dolce, molto scenico e che dire veramente molto buono! Il locale è ben curato nei dettagli, interni con luci soffuse, design moderno, piante ovunque che fanno colore. L’ingresso si presenta con una leggera discesa illuminata da luci rosse che fanno strada fino alla porta e alla sinistra c’è una sorta di falò che oltre ad essere molto bello lascia anche un odore particolare che ricorda l’incenso. C’è anche un’ampia sala esterna aperta nel periodo estivo ed una zona bar dove si può consumare anche un cocktail.
Anyone who loves meat must try this place! They have different types of cuts and all of quality! I, who don't like too fat meat, took a fillet that was served to me on a plate with hot stones, really excellent! They welcome you with a very special welcome appetizer, fried with courgette flower and spiced meat. Finally I wanted to try their fantastic pistachio dessert, layers of pistachio sponge cake alternating with crunchy layers of dark chocolate with an avalanche of pistachio cream on top served on a plate decorated with edible gold. When they brought it to the table, it had a plastic around it to contain the pistachio cream and the waiter, with the help of tweezers, removed it so as to let the cream run all over the cake, very scenic and really very good! The restaurant is well cared for in detail, interiors with soft lighting, modern design, plants everywhere that add color. The entrance has a slight descent illuminated by red lights that lead up to the door and on the left there is a sort of bonfire which, in addition to being very beautiful, also leaves a particular smell reminiscent of incense. There is also a large outdoor room open in the summer and a bar area where you can also have a cocktail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive. Great place to splurge for a special occasion. Excellent cocktails, varied wine list, outstanding cuts. My only complaint- our side dishes came way after our grilled meat was served. Luckily, we were hungry as the meat can continue to cook on the hot plate drying it - not a problem for us.

The interiors are looking great giving the location a very high-end look and feel. The customer experience is pretty good.
Food was good and it is specialised in meat cooked over the barbecue.
We had a 1.2 Kg Fiorentina of Prussian Sashi (FIORENTINA DI SASHI PRUSSIANA) and it was delicious.
Prices are medium-high but the quality is good.
One star less for having messed our invoice adding by mistake stuff we had not ordered, a restaurant of this caliber should pay more attention to these little things.
There is a large free parking at 150 meters.
