Ho chiamato per vedere una casa e ho dato la massima disponibilità per il giorno successivo, mi è stato comunicato che mi avrebbero chiamato lo stesso giorno per fissare l'orario, ma non è stato così. Il giorno successivo non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata, quindi mi sono attivata di nuovo io per contattarli. Finalmente mi viene fissato l'appuntamento per il giorno successivo (quindi sono stati persi 2 giorni). Stamattina (05/03) ho avuto un'imprevisto e li ho ricontattati per spostare l'appuntamento di qualche ora, ma mi hanno risposto con un "NO" tassativo, senza neanche provare ad organizzarne un altro in data diversa. Vorrei ricordare ai signori dell'agenzia immobiliare che non è il modo giusto di approcciarsi ai clienti, in quanto io e il mio compagno stiamo cercando casa da diversi mesi, quindi siamo interessati all'acquisto. A quanto pare loro non sono interessati a vendere. Agenzia SCONSIGLIATISSIMA. Bad service. The next day I didn't receive any calls, so I activated myself again to contact them. Finally, my appointment for the next day is fixed (so 2 days have been lost). This morning (05/03) I had an unexpected event and I contacted them to postpone the appointment for a few hours, but they replied with a strict "NO", without even trying to organize another on a different date. I would like to remind the lords real estate agency that is not the right way to approach customers, as me and my partner we are looking for a house for several months, so we are interested in purchasing. Apparently they are not interested in selling. Agency NOT RECOMMENDED.

V	Valeria V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE a cosa scrivono nell'annuncio pubblicitario e a cosa ti fanno firmare Ti fanno sottoscrivere un modulo NON standard di promessa di acquisto in cui ti vincolano a pagare la loro alta provvigione SUBITO, ossia alla promessa, non al rogito o al preliminare. Significa che paradossalmente potrebbero anche non lavorare più x il promissario acquirente, anzi far saltare la trattativa e non mediare specie se ti accorgi che l immobile è diverso da come pubblicizzato. Così cercano un altro possibile acquirente e guadagnano 2volte lato acquirente e 1lato venditore.
