Carlo studia il volto, vi osserva ed è capace di realizzare un taglio su misura, quindi unico, per ognuna. L'attesa iniziale (che è la solita di ogni parrucchiere, niente di esagerato) viene risolta in seguito poiché ogni cliente è seguita da un solo/a ragazzo/a che non la abbandona mai se non per lasciarle nelle mani magiche di Carlo. Lo consiglio con tutto il mio cuore perché professionale ed onesto: rifiuta molte richieste, che gli porterebbero anche un bel guadagno, per non rovinarve i capelli delle sue clienti.
