Impressione pessima data dalla scortesia, saccenza ed estrema arroganza con cui si è rivolto a me dopo avergli esposto il mio caso. La cortesia è alla base di tutto e questo atteggiamento sicuramente non è stato un bel biglietto da visita. Ovviamente non mi rivolgerò a loro per risolvere il mio problema
I spoke to a gentleman this morning, unfortunately I have not asked for his name.
Bad impression given by the discourtesy, wisdom and extreme arrogance with which he addressed me after exposing my case to him. Courtesy is at the base of everything and this attitude was certainly not a nice business card. Obviously I will not turn to them to solve my problem

La prima volta mi hanno riparato il parabrezza in maniera impeccabile..
Mentre la seconda me lo hanno sostituito in tutto sempre in un paio d'ore..
In più mi è stato fatto un trattamento antipioggia che verificherò al primo acquazzone..
