★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi hanno danneggiato la vernice del veicolo nella sostituzione del parabrezza anteriore, per il risarcimento prima insistevano nel dire che non erano stati loro a rovinare la vernice, assurdooo....poi vista l'evidenza dopo gg mi chiamano e volevano darmi in contanti solo la metà del preventivo di riparazione o per aver tutto mi obbligavano a riprarla....(in tutto ciò personale scurrile e arrogante dopo che la colpa era loro) finale dopo vari sbattimenti mi hanno accettato il preventivo della carrozzeria con pagamento a loro diretto ma senza pagarmi auto sostitutiva e lo sbattimento avuto per i due gg che la macchina sarà in riparazione! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

(in all this staff foul and arrogant after it was their fault) final after several concussions I have accepted the estimate of the body with payment to them direct but without paying for a replacement car and the concussion for the two days that the car will be under repair!
