★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, dovevano aggiustare il tubicino del gasolio che perdeva in attesa dell’arrivo del pezzo originale. Un’ora e mezza di lavoro, dicevano che andava bene ma ho fatto nemmeno 300 metri ed è saltato tutto .. L’hanno riportato in officina ma nessuna auto di cortesia per andare a recuperare il pezzo originale che avevo già ordinato in Lombardia. Per mettere il tubicino ci hanno messo 5 minuti, che non hanno fatto pagare ma hanno fatto pagare tutto il mal lavoro per € 75,00 per non parlare del disaggio creatomi per essere rimasto senza il mezzo di lavoro per 2 giorni. Mai più ! Se potessi darei proprio 0
Bad experience, they had to fix the diesel tube that was leaking pending the arrival of the original piece. An hour and a half of work, they said it was fine but I did not even do 300 meters and everything went wrong .. They brought it back to the workshop but no courtesy car to go and retrieve the original part that I had already ordered in Lombardy. To put the tube it took 5 minutes, which they did not charge but they did pay for all the bad work for € 75.00 not to mention the disadvantage created by being without the means of work for 2 days. Never again ! If I could I would give just 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company boss Andrea transported our car from a motorway breakdown to his garage. He speaks perfect English and was helpful, professional, and reassuring. He offered to diagnose the fault and perform the repair, in the meantime providing a replacement vehicle. He went out of his way to ensure that the repair was done competently, as quickly as possible and for a very reasonable price. The whole experience was uncomplicated and there were no nasty surprises. I can highly recommend Carrrozzeria Coinova and Andrea in particular.
