A	Alessandro Ruggiero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'altro giorno mio padre (totalmente incompetente in materia di treni e biglietti) si è recato presso questa agenzia per acquistare 4 biglietti di cui 2 per l'andata e 2 per il ritorno. Gli stampano un solo biglietto d'andata (con tariffa base da 64 euro). Mio padre non guarda il costo del biglietto ma chiede la possibilità di pagare con carta con susseguente emissione di fattura. Dopo queste semplici richieste l'operatrice afferma che avrebbe mio padre dovuto chiedere la fattura prima della stampa del biglietto (fin qui ci può anche stare). Quello che non va bene è che l'operatrice inizia a dire che l'altro biglietto non riusciva a stamparlo né inviarlo, cosicché ne ristampa due nuovi, sempre per l'andata, al prezzo della tariffa premium (80 euro per ciascun biglietto). Praticamente ha rifatto i biglietti d'andata ad una tariffa superiore di 15 euro per ciascun biglietto senza chiedere nemmeno l'eventuale preferenza per la tariffa premium. Non ci si può appellare nemmeno alla mancanza di posti disponibili , in quanto diverse ore dopo c'erano ancora biglietti disponibili al prezzo di 64 euro. Con i biglietti del ritorno tutto ok. Morale della favola hanno fatto spendere a mio padre 32 euro in più (160 per 2 biglietti anziché 128). Tutto ciò denota poca professionalità.
