Non c'è nessuno che ti assiste, si paga tutto a parte, il parcheggio, il phon, la doccia e quando ho ricaricato il chip per tali servizi ho avuto la metà dei crediti. Riferito immediatamente all'accesso mi é stato riferito che non potevano fare niente e dovevo andare in segreteria. Sono andato, una fila che non finiva mai. Al telefono non risponde mai nessuno. Secondo me dovrebbero solo chiudere
Terrible. At least I speak for the swimming pool. There is no one to assist you, you pay for everything separately, the parking, the hairdryer, the shower and when I recharged the chip for these services I had half the credits. Immediately referred to access I was told that they could not do anything and I had to go to the secretariat. I went, a line that never ended. Nobody ever answers on the phone. In my opinion they should just close

Offri spogliatoio, sedia a rotelle ,e poi mi fai pagare il parcheggio? Urge un adattamento alle norme europee
