★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence privato, formato da villini bilivello. Alcune case hanno tre piani, tutte con proprio giardinetto. Villette a schiera, molto carine. Peccato per il disordine che va dai parcheggi, alla spazzatura in strada e si conclude con una piscina abbandonata proprio all'entrata.
 Private residence, consisting of bilevel villas. Some houses have three floors, all with their own garden. Terraced houses, very nice. Too bad for the mess that goes from parking to garbage in the street and ends with an abandoned pool right at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ci sono stato e non ho visto le cose negative che alcuni dicono, belle villette a schiera di forma circolare su due o tre piani, non ho visto alcuna immondizia, magari alcune palazzine hanno bisogno di un po' di pittura ma niente che non sia simile a quello che si vede in giro per Roma o altrove; il bianco delle facciate si sporca presto e si sa. Dopo un periodo 'sfortunato' e con lo sforzo dei cittadini mi pare tuttavia che Il Caracol stia tornando ai vecchi fasti.
I have been there and I have not seen the negative things that some say, beautiful terraced houses of circular shape on two or three floors, I have not seen any garbage, maybe some buildings need some painting but nothing that is not similar to what you see around Rome or elsewhere; the white of the facades gets dirty early and you know. After an 'unfortunate' period and with the efforts of the citizens, however, it seems to me that Il Caracol is returning to its old glory.

If it were better maintained it would be a nice residence, the cars / burnt gates make it a little quiet place
