F	Ferdinando Pirredda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo i panettoni comprati durante la fiera dell'artigianato a Milano non hanno rispecchiato minimamente le aspettative attese, mi spiego meglio: a fronte di un impasto molto buono e la crema al pistacchio davvero eccellente, la copertura del panettone (sempre al pistacchio) dava di rancido, sembra che fosse fatta con qualcosa che era andata a male. Avendone presi due, pensavo che il primo che mi fosse capitato fosse stato sfortunato, ma anche il secondo presentava lo stesso problema. Un regalo di natale ai miei genitori, e me stesso, buttato. Sono stato costretto a eliminare tutta la copertura per renderlo mangiabile. 50 euro buttati nel gabinetto. Edit: Sono stato contattato dal servizio clienti per cercare di risolvere la questione, sono stati molto gentili e mi spediranno altri due panettoni, in attesa di valutarli, aggiorno a 3 stelle in quanto il servizio clienti è stato davvero cordiale e a disposizione. Edit 2: sono arrivati i nuovi panettoni e che dire, sono davvero ottimi, la glassa è davvero ottima e anche l'impasto è davvero morbido e umido al punto giusto. Prodotto davvero di qualità. Edit: I was contacted by the customer service to try to resolve the matter, they were very kind and will send me two more panettone, waiting to evaluate them, I upgrade to 3 stars as the customer service was really friendly and available. Edit 2: the new panettone has arrived and what can I say, they are really excellent, the glaze is really excellent and also the dough is really soft and moist at the right point. Really quality product.

Capisco che non è colpa loro ma dei corrieri ma se il venditore era serio rimandava lo stesso prodotto senza batter ciglio invece se volevo la sostituzione con un uovo intero e non rotto dovevo rimandare indietro quello rotto a mie spese (15 euro di corriere) capisco che anche loro pagano le spedizioni ma deve essere nel centro dell'azienda curare il cliente. Hanno fatto un buono di 15 euro che dovrò usare spendendo altri soldi sul loro sito ma non lo ritengo giusto perché io ho chiesto anche la spedizione protetta! Bad experience. Professionali anche nell'assistenza pre- e post-vendita. L'unica critica va alla gente che, negli altri commenti, si lamenta del fatto che il panettone non abbia i canditi e l'uvetta (che già solo a pensarlo un abbinamento fra uvetta, canditi e crema di pistacchio ti fa capire il valore di chi scrive). Basta aprire il sito alla pagina del prodotto scelto per capire, dalla lista degli ingredienti e dalle FOTO per i meno pazienti, com'è fatto il prodotto, senza lamentarsi con chi vende se non si è nemmeno in grado di capire cosa si sta comprando. Molto apprezzato anche il pesto con tartufo e quello classico. Li ricomprerò sicuramente. We bought the sweet pistachio cream which is the best I've ever eaten. Creamy with small pieces inside a delight. The pesto with truffles and the classic one are also very popular. I will definitely buy them back.

Dicembre 2021 Devo dire che ho sempre desiderato negli ultimi anni, provare un panettone senza glutine fatto con vero pistacchio siciliano; devo dire che dono pienamente soddisfatto del prodotto , anzi, è andato oltre le aspettative!! Morbidezza dell'impasto ( nonostante sia GF) e tutto il sapore del pistacchio in un connubio perfetto di sapore: COMPLIMENTI a questa azienda. Tornerò presto ad acquistare altri deliziosi prodotti. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere i problemi. Colomba senza glutine Aprile 2022 Non puó che confermarsi la passata recensione di dicembre. Come il panettone, anche la colomba presentava un impasto soffice e gustoso. La copertura di cioccolato bianco con granella di pistacchi che ricopriva la parte superiore era davvero sublime e rendeva il prodotto ancora più gustoso. Peccato solo che stavolta il laboratorio abbia deciso di optare per un impasto senza usare farina di pistacchi . Ció ovviamente, non toglie merito al prodotto che resta di eccelsa qualità.
