Tutte le volte che ho avuto bisogno di un intervento ho sempre trovato in Fabio un professionista preparato e corretto, oltre che una persona disponibile e cordiale (e questo non mi sembra un dettaglio!) e il suo Staff non è da meno. Il servizio è preciso e molto veloce. E a tutto questo possiamo aggiungere anche il fatto che le tariffe sono più che oneste. Davvero non saprei cosa chiedere di più! Niente da dire! I highly recommend this workshop! Whenever I needed an intervention, I always found a skilled and correct professional in Fabio, as well as a helpful and friendly person (and this doesn't seem like a detail!) And his staff is no different. The service is precise and very fast. And to all this we can also add the fact that the rates are more than honest. I really don't know what to ask for more! Nothing to say!

Mi sono trovata a pagare un tagliando di 170,00 € con la sostituzione di tutti i filtri e addirittura una scontistica sulla manodopera. Si sono giustificati dicendo che era tutto da sostituire perche intasato, nonostante al tagliando reale, come segnalato su display mancassero ancora 6000 km. Non mi hanno fatto visionare i pezzi sostituiti. Considerando che per mesi la macchina è stata quasi del tutto inutilizzata per via delle restrizioni Covid, mi sarebbe convenuto portarla direttamente al Concessionario e pagare meno, come già successo in passato. Ho contattato un 'altra Officina per verificare l 'effettiva sostituzione di tutti i filtri elencati, tranne quello del carburante perché sigillato. Ho contattato un'associazione a tutela dei consumatori per segnalare ed avere chiarimenti in merito. Invito gli utenti ad essere più vigli. Si va per un cambio olio e filtro e si finisce per avere sostituito tutto senza essere preventivato al triplo del prezzo!! My car needed a simple oil and filter change, price ranging from 30 to 60 €. I found myself paying a € 170.00 coupon with the replacement of all the filters and even a discount on labor. They justified themselves by saying that it was all to be replaced because it was clogged, despite the real service, as reported on the display, there were still 6000 km missing. They didn't let me see the replaced parts. Considering that the machine was almost completely unused for months due to Covid restrictions, it would have been better for me to take it directly to the Dealer and pay less, as has already happened in the past. I contacted another workshop to verify the actual replacement of all the filters listed, except the fuel one because it is sealed. I contacted a consumer protection association to report and have clarifications on the matter. I invite users to be more cowardly. You go for an oil and filter change and you end up having everything replaced without being quoted at triple the price !!
