★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato a revisionare un cambio manuale di un vw t3. tempo di consegna sforato di 2 mesi. presentato conto doppio rispetto il preventivo giustificando che ha dovuto cambiare una guida costossima irreperibile trovata dopo lunghe ricerche al recupero: tale guida è in vendita nuova in diversi siti per qualche decina di euro. dopo 2000 km percorsi mi accorgo di una perdita d'olio dall'innesto dell'asta del selettore: mi arrangio a sostituite il paraolio che....non era mai stato cambiato. no comment. sconsigliatissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 62TE revisionato bene. Il cambio è ritornato come una volta, un po' pigro e a volte indeciso, ma ahimè lo hanno progettato così e meglio non credo si possa fare. Prezzi sensibilmente inferiori rispetto ad altri
62TE overhauled well. The gearbox has returned to the way it once was, a bit lazy and sometimes indecisive, but alas they designed it this way and I don't think it can be done better. Prices significantly lower than others

We brought my husband's car for a gearbox problem that here in Lombardy they couldn't solve we found kindness courtesy a lot of competence it was really worth it to drive so many km ... car more than perfect Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la macchina per la sostituzione della cinghia. Appena ritirata si è accesa la spia dell'avaria motore.
Giustamente la riporto perché inguidabile, attaccano il computer e mi dicono che era sicuramente il filtro del gasolio perché non vedono altri problemi. Me lo cambiano ma il problema persiste (mi è stato detto che era risolto ma appena dopo 200 m si riaccende la spia).
La porto da un'altra officina che subito si accorge di un morsetto staccato e che un cavo, che non era nella sua posizione e quindi spostato, toccava un tubo e si surriscaldava, andando in corto.
Il problema si è risolto immediatamente e la macchina funziona correttamente.
Non vorrei utilizzare la parola "incompetenti" ma mi hanno fatto perdere tempo e soldi per una cosa alla quale bastava dedicare più attenzione
I brought the car for belt replacement. As soon as it was withdrawn, the engine failure warning light came on.
I rightly report it because it cannot be driven, they attack the computer and tell me that it was definitely the diesel filter because they see no other problems. They change it but the problem persists (I was told that it was solved but as soon as after 200 m the light comes on again).
I take it to another workshop that immediately notices a detached clamp and that a cable, which was not in its position and therefore displaced, touched a pipe and overheated, shortening.
The problem was solved immediately and the machine was working properly.
I don't want to use the word "incompetent" but they made me waste my time and money on something to which it was enough to devote more attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervento eseguito dal 03/02 al 16/02/2021: sostituzione convertitore cambio automatico e sostituzione semiasse sx revisionato. Gli interventi sono risultati non conformi. Presso altra officina è stato sostituito nuovamente il semiasse fornito da Bertocco e il fusello risultato danneggiato da Bertocco durante l'estrazione del semiasse danneggiato.
Il convertitore fatturato è in fase di verifica perchè non risulta essere stato sostituito. Invito tutti a prestare attenzione a questa officina perchè se questo è il comportamento significa che lo fa con tutti. Seguiranno foto a dimostrazione di quanto sostenuto.
11/05/2021: a seguito della mia precedente recensione vi allego le foto del danneggiamento cagionato da Bertocco che ha ommesso. La rottura improvvisa durante la marcia del veicolo avrebbe potuto pregiudicare seriamente l'incolumità del conducente e dei passeggeri del veicolo. Per gli esperti del settore, le foto dimostrano il danneggiamento del fusello sx causato dalle mazzate esercitate per estrarre il semiasse. Oltre a questa non conformità la Bertocco Service ha fatturato la sostituzione del convertitore del cambio automatico che non è stato effettivamente sostituito. Ora sono in corso le indagini da parte dell'autorità per condannare questa disonestà.
Intervention carried out from 03/02 to 16/02/2021: replacement of automatic gearbox converter and replacement of overhauled left axle shaft. The interventions were found to be non-compliant. At another workshop the drive shaft supplied by Bertocco was replaced again and the stub axle which was damaged by Bertocco during the extraction of the damaged drive shaft.
The invoiced converter is being tested because it has not been replaced. I invite everyone to pay attention to this workshop because if this is the behavior it means that it does it with everyone. Photos will follow to demonstrate what is claimed.
11/05/2021: following my previous review I am attaching the photos of the damage caused by Bertocco that he omitted. Sudden breakdown while the vehicle was running could have seriously affected the safety of the driver and passengers of the vehicle. For industry experts, the photos show the damage to the left stub axle caused by the blows exerted to extract the drive shaft. In addition to this non-conformity, Bertocco Service billed the replacement of the automatic gearbox converter which was not actually replaced. Investigations are now underway by the authorities to condemn this dishonesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l'auto per il lavaggio e sostituzione olio del cambio automatico.dopo 3/4 settimane ritorno e gli dico che da dopo l'intervento il cambio non funziona più correttamente ,mi rispondo che non è collegato al lavoro fatto ma che devo cambiare il convertitore di coppia (spesa 1500 EURO) ,il tutto senza provare l'auto. Non convinto mi rivolgo ad un'altra officina che riportando il quantitativo di olio corretto nel cambio sistema tutto con una spesa ridicola. Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a queste persone.
I took the car to wash and replace the automatic gearbox oil. After 3/4 weeks I return and tell him that after the operation the gearbox no longer works correctly, I answer that it is not connected to the work done but that I have to change the torque converter (cost 1500 EURO), all without trying the car. Unconvinced, I turn to another workshop that brings back the correct quantity of oil in the gearbox, all with a ridiculous expense. I strongly advise against addressing these people.
