★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un'auto per il giorno 18 Agosto 2017 mi sono presentato per il ritiro ma purtroppo l'ufficio era chiuso e non si è presentato nessuno per la consegna della stessa. Telefonicamente non è stato possibile contattare il numero indicato sul portale . A tutt'oggi nonostante le nostre ripetute chiamate sul cellulare non riusciamo a
contattare l'ufficio e/o la persona che ci dovrebbe dare delle spiegazioni
della mancata consegna.
Per noi è stato un grave disagio in quanto dovevamo partire verso l'aeroporto.
Punto Car&GO di Carmagnola da dimenticare .

I booked a car for the day August 18, 2017 I showed up for the collection but unfortunately the office was closed and no one showed up for the delivery of the same. By telephone it was not possible to contact the number indicated on the portal. To date, despite our repeated calls on the cell phone, we are unable to
contact the office and / or the person who should give us an explanation
of non-delivery.
It was a serious inconvenience for us as we had to leave for the airport.

After returning the vehicle they charged us for alleged damage without supplying sufficient proof: The pictures they send did not show the damage, the car was moved before taking the pictures and a "revenue loss" fee was added for a alleged scratch. All these points are clearly fraudulent, also according to our lawyer we involved. "Miraculously", the claimed damage just amounted to the paid deposit, which limited our means of reclaiming the money.
