C	Claudio Danesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativissima: ci siamo rivolti a Car Clinic per la riparazione della nostra auto dopo aver subito un tamponamento, avevamo scelto la riparazione diretta e l'officina ci è stata suggerita direttamente dalla nostra assicurazione. La prima impressione fu ottima: massima cortesia e apperentemente molto organizzati, ma da li in poi il travaglio! da luglio 2020 a novembre 2020 c'è stato un continuo rimbalzo tra la carrozzeria e l'assicurazione, entrambi dicevano di aspettare notizie dell'altro, ma la cosa peggiore è stata che ad ogni nostra richiesta di chiarimento ci assicuravano che avrebbero verificato e ci avrebbero fatto sapere qualcosa, ma non ci hanno mai richiamato, nonostante i nostri tentativi di contatto quasi settimanali. Alla fine la cosa si è trascinata talmente tanto per le lunghe senza nessun tipo di chiarimento che abbiamo accettato un rimborso dalla nostra assicurazione (400 euro contro i 900 preventivati dalla carrozzeria). Abbiamo anche cercato molto pacificamente di capire che cosa fosse accaduto recandoci in officina ma un addetto ha detto che ci avrebbe richiamato un responsabile appena verificata la situazione, ad oggi, sopo 3 settimane e 2 nostre chiamate aggiuntive continuamo a non avere risposta. Un vero peccato perché la prima impressione ci colpì positivamente, ma siamo caduti in un limbo e la cosa peggiore è stata la frustazione di sentirsi dire decine di volte "la richiameremo" senza poi avere notizie. Unfortunately, our experience was very negative: we turned to Car Clinic to repair our car after having suffered a rear-end collision, we had chosen direct repair and the workshop was suggested to us directly by our insurance. The first impression was excellent: maximum courtesy and apparently very organized, but from then on the labor! from July 2020 to November 2020 there was a continuous bounce between the body shop and the insurance, both said to wait for news of the other, but the worst thing was that at our every request for clarification they assured us that they would check and we they would have let them know, but never called us back, despite our almost weekly contact attempts. In the end the thing dragged on for so long without any kind of clarification that we accepted a refund from our insurance (400 euros against the 900 estimated by the body shop). We also tried very peacefully to understand what had happened by going to the workshop but an employee said that a manager would call us back as soon as the situation was verified, to date, after 3 weeks and 2 additional calls from us we continue to have no answer. A real shame because the first impression struck us positively, but we fell into limbo and the worst thing was the frustration of being told dozens of times "we will call you back" without having any news.

Mi avevano detto che in 2 giorni avrei avuto la macchina e così è stato. Peccato però, che il giorno che l’ho consegnata ho lasciato dentro la macchina i miei occhiali da sole Ray-Ban da 300€. Inutile dire che quando ho ritirato la macchina sono spariti, ma la cosa bella è che sono spariti solo gli occhiali e la custodia è rimasta in macchina. Ho provato a chiamarli e ovviamente la loro risposta è stata che non sono stati loro e che non hanno telecamere nei capannoni per verificare questa cosa. Mi spiace ma dopo questa esperienza si meritano anche meno di 1 stella. I am very sorry to leave this review, but I am obliged. I went to them for hail repairs in the riozzo shed. They told me that in 2 days I would have the car and so it was. Too bad, however, that the day I delivered it I left my € 300 Ray-Ban sunglasses in the car. Needless to say, when I picked up the car they are gone, but the great thing is that only the glasses are gone and the case is left in the car. I tried to call them and of course their response was that it wasn't them and they don't have cameras in the sheds to check this out. I'm sorry but after this experience they deserve even less than 1 star.

Excellent job return of the car on time ... replacement car service ok ... if I have to make a note they must be more careful and put all personal items back in the car ... mine had forgotten them outside ... they are had to come back ...

Attualmente hanno un area dedicata proprio alla grandine. Ho lasciato la vettura da loro prendendo un auto sostitutiva ed in 24 ore ho riavuto la mia auto come nuova! Carrozzeria perfetta, hanno anche avuto in ottima cura del auto nel complesso. Posso solo dire ottima carrozzeria! Following hail damage to the car, my insurance company recommended me car clinic in Melegnano. They currently have an area dedicated to hail. I left the car with them by taking a replacement car and in 24 hours I got my car back as new! Perfect bodywork, they also had very good overall care of the car. I can only say excellent bodywork!

Un volta sul posto, Federica la responsabile, visionando la macchina e vedendo anche un sx per grandine, mi ha informato, che loro non applicano nessuna franchigia perché sono i veri convenzionati a differenza di molti. E così, ho fatto entrambe i sinistri nei giorni del fermo macchina. Devo dire che oltre all'ottimo trattamento, affidabilità e cortesia, oltre all'auto sostitutiva, che ho comunque dovuto pagare a parete la casco, non obbligatoria, ma per stare più tranquillo da furto incendio, atti vandalici; i tempi di consegna variavano dai 7 ai 10 giorni. In 5 giorni la macchina era pronta e così l'ho ritirata. Consiglio a tutti questa carrozzeria e la stessa a Riozzo per la grandine I got to know this body shop thanks to my insurance company following a claim with reason.
