Rispondo del perché ho dato un valutazione bassa. Il motivo è quello di aver chiamato personalmente l'officina e aver comunicato il modello della mia macchina, che loro mi avevano chiesto al telefono. L'ho comunicato, e quando sono arrivato lì mi hanno detto che non avevano il pezzo necessario per la mia macchina, avendomi detto preventivamente di SI, invitandomi quindi a venire. Ora io cliente do per scontato che ci sia, anche perché non sono del mestiere, ma ritengo che sia premura del venditore assicurarsi del tutto che è in grado di svolgere tale prestazione se deve far muovere anche persone che per forza di cose, potrebbero anche non essere di Terni, o spostarsi da località vicine, o chiedere permessi al lavoro ecc...per poter venire.

I answer why I gave a low rating. The reason is that I personally called the workshop and communicated the model of my car, which they had asked me on the phone. I communicated it, and when I got there they told me that they did not have the necessary part for my car, having told me in advance of YES, therefore inviting me to come. Now I, the customer, take it for granted that there is, also because I am not a professional, but I believe that it is the seller's concern to make sure that he is able to perform this service if he must also move people who, inevitably, may not be from Terni, or move from nearby locations, or ask for work permits etc ... in order to come.
