★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andata per riparare uno sportello di una Smart, ma tornata a casa (dopo aver chiesto di ordinare pezzo e di chiamarmi una volta arrivato) non ho più avuto notizie! Ho chiamato mille volte, nessuna risposta, sono andata di nuovo personalmente lì e il signore, molto sgarbato, mi ha detto che l’aveva ordinato e che sarebbe arrivato nel giro di un paio di giorni e che mi avrebbe quindi chiamato. Son passati due mesi ed aspetto ancora la chiamata. Questo è quanto. Pessimo servizio, pessima persona.
Went to repair a door of a Smart, but returned home (after asking to order a part and to call me once I arrived) I have not heard any more! I called a thousand times, no answer, I went there personally again and the gentleman, very rude, told me that he had ordered it and that it would arrive in a couple of days and would then call me. Two months have passed and I am still waiting for the call. That's all. Bad service, bad person.
