★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Per l'impianto audio ad alta definizione che ho fatto installare sulla vettura ho avuto contatti soprattutto con Massimo, uno dei tre soci. Devo riconoscere che Massimo è una persona umanamente squisita e professionalmente estremamente preparata, non solo per la sua grande esperienza ed il suo continuo aggiornamento, ma perché animato da una vera passione per la sua attività. Lo devo ringraziare non solo per lo stupendo impianto di cui ora l'auto è dotata, ma anche per tutti i consigli e tutto ciò che ho avuto modo di imparare standogli vicino e che mi ha consentito di fare la giusta scelta per le mie necessità e possibilità.

 Very nice and helpful staff. For the high definition audio system that I had installed on the car, I had contacts above all with Massimo, one of the three partners. I must recognize that Massimo is a humanly exquisite and professionally extremely prepared person, not only for his great experience and his continuous updating, but because he is animated by a true passion for his business. I have to thank him not only for the wonderful system with which the car is now equipped, but also for all the advice and everything I have been able to learn by being close to him and that has allowed me to make the right choice for my needs and possibility.

Irritating, rude, arrogant staff who are insensitive to the needs of others. They have the attitude of someone who does a favor in doing a job .. Clearly negative experience, happy to have moved away without benefiting from their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugiardi e disonesti. Ho una vecchia Fiat Idea senza mp3; vado a chiedere se si possa in qualche modo collegare il cellulare allo stereo, con un semplice cavo. Mi dicono che NO, non si può, e l'unico modo è installare uno stereo nuovo, e mi propongono un Pioneer MVH-330 a 180 euro (il prezzo che si trova online è 120 euro...!), più il lavoro (e sai che lavoro!), 70 euro, più iva. Quindi circa 265 euro. Chiedo loro: ci sono altre opzioni o altri stereo? Risposta: no, purtroppo questo è l'unica opzione percorribile. Glielo chiedo di nuovo, per esser sicuro che abbiano capito. Ma no. Niente. Torno a casa, cerco un po' su internet, compro un cavo a 5,90 euro (!!!), faccio il lavoro io seguendo tutorial Youtube, e in 10 minuti ho risolto. Con meno di 6 euro ho fatto quello per cui i signori mi chiedevano 265 euro. Quindi, se non volete spendere il prezzo che dovreste pagare moltiplicato per 40, consiglio di andare altrove.
Edit (dopo risposta): i signori si confermano bugiardi quando dicono che sono andato lì a chiedere un'autoradio. Sono andato lì a chiedere LETTERALMENTE se si potesse collegare il cellulare allo stereo con un cavo e se potessero farmi questo lavoro. Ma no, non era possibile...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non mi sono piaciuti i ragazzi con cui ho avuto a che fare. Avevo bisogno di un aiuto al volo per montare una radio (car play e Android auto) alla mia auto, una cosa molto semplice, ma che per me inizialmente risultava difficile e avevo bisogno di una mano. Da quando presero in mano la scatola della radio per guardarla fino a quando me la sono ripresa mi sono solamente sentito dire critiche da parte loro sull'acquisto che avevo fatto… Non riuscendo nemmeno a montarmela. Subito dopo sono ritornato a casa, mi sono fatto aiutare da altri ragazzi e in una mezzoretta la radio era già installata correttamente senza modifiche varie come mi era stato detto di fare da loro. Sicuramente sarà stato un caso di questa pecca, però peccato perché dalle recensioni sembravano molto professionisti e il servizio di contattarli anche su WhatsApp è stato molto utile e sono stati anche molto gentili.
I personally didn't like the guys I dealt with. I needed help on the fly to mount a radio (car play and Android auto) to my car, a very simple thing, but which was initially difficult for me and I needed a hand. From when they picked up the radio box to look at it until I got it back, I only heard criticism from them about the purchase I made ... Not even being able to mount it. Soon after I returned home, I got help from other guys and in half an hour the radio was already installed correctly without various modifications as I had been told to do by them. Surely it will have been a case of this flaw, but it's a shame because from the reviews they seemed very professional and the service of contacting them also on WhatsApp was very useful and they were also very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un ragazzetto da quando ho cominciato a servirmi della Car audio …… grande professionalità ! lavori eseguiti con dedizione e passione ….. non solo ma mi hanno sempre consigliato al meglio ( anche magari contro il loro interesse ) fin dove mi potevo spingere per arrivare ad un ottimo livello e un miglior rapporto qualità prezzo d impianto ! Lavori fatti con precisione e cura senza mai aver riscontrato un problema dopo !!!! Grazie …… esiste ancora chi sa lavorare !!!!
I was a kid since I started using Car audio …… great professionalism! works carried out with dedication and passion… .. not only that but they have always advised me in the best possible way (even perhaps against their interest) as far as I could go to reach an excellent level and a better value for money of the system! Work done with precision and care without ever having encountered a problem after !!!! Thanks …… there are still those who know how to work !!!!
