★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato per caso, ho deciso di vedere se vendevano un prodotto per fare scivolare via l'acqua dai vetri quando piove, prodotto che qui in zona sembra non esistere. Trovato! E ci sono altri prodotti utilissimi che dove abito non ci sono. Cortesia, competenza, assortimento. Ottimo. Molti articoli per motociclismo.
 Passed by by chance, I decided to see if they were selling a product to make the water slide off the windows when it rains, a product that here in the area does not seem to exist. Found! And there are other very useful products that aren't there where I live. Courtesy, competence, assortment. Great. Many articles for motorcycling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racconto la mia personalissima esperienza. Compro uno stereo più interfaccia per comandi al volante.
Porto a casa l’interfaccia (a 20km di distanza), prenoto con l’installatore privato dato che a Imola non c’è il settore installazione, peccato che manchi un connettore all’interno della confezione. Abbandono l’installatore e con il cruscotto smontato torno a Imola, dove mi confermano che manca un cavo ma non hanno interfacce sostitutive compatibili con il mio veicolo. Il connettore però è universale, quindi chiedo loro di darmene uno qualsiasi ma la risposta è un granitico no. Vado quindi a Bologna, altri 25 km in più prendere un connettore che avevano anche a Imola ma non era all’interno della stessa identica confezione. Finalmente faccio montare il tutto, l’interfaccia funziona per un mese e poi muore. Impossibile riprogrammarla perché non riceve il segnale. Chiamo Bep’s e mi rendo disponibile ad andare fino a Bologna perché l’installatore guardi cosa è successo. Sono disposta anche a pagare. La risposta è no perché ho usufruito di un installatore privato. Replico che loro non avevano l’installatore a Imola e che quello che chiedo è solo un controllo sull’interfaccia, visto che se prima funzionava il problema non è stato il montaggio ma un guasto successivo. Anche questa volta, la risposta è no. Non aggiungo commenti personali, semplicemente non mi vedranno più.
I tell my very personal experience. I buy a stereo plus steering wheel control interface.
I take the interface home (20km away), I book with the private installer since there is no installation sector in Imola, it is a pity that a connector is missing inside the package. I abandon the installer and with the dashboard removed I return to Imola, where they confirm that a cable is missing but they do not have replacement interfaces compatible with my vehicle. But the connector is universal, so I ask them to give me any one but the answer is a granite no. So I go to Bologna, another 25 km more to take a connector that they also had in Imola but it was not inside the exact same package. Finally I have everything assembled, the interface works for a month and then dies. It cannot be reprogrammed because it does not receive the signal. I call Bep's and I make myself available to go to Bologna for the installer to look at what happened. I am also willing to pay. The answer is no because I used a private installer. I reply that they did not have an installer in Imola and that what I am asking is only a check on the interface, since if it worked before, the problem was not the assembly but a subsequent failure. Again, the answer is no. I don't add personal comments, they just won't see me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio top e super fornito, ma qualcuno del personale,e poco formato,tante domande fatte nel reparto audio,ma vedo sempre il ragazzo che da risposte vaghe. Ma per il resto ci voleva. Un negozio così a Imola! Pubblico una foto della griglia per paraurti acquistata da voi montata sulla mia focus!
Top and super stocked shop, but some of the staff, and not very trained, many questions asked in the audio department, but I always see the guy who gives vague answers. But the rest was needed. Such a shop in Imola! I publish a photo of the bumper grille purchased by you mounted on my focus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente Bep's è arrivato a Imola!! Ovviamente il negozio è stra fornito e ci sono cose veramente di tutti i tipi e per tutti i gusti, sicuramente diventerà un punto di riferimento importante per molti imolesi vista anche la posizione strategica
Non do la quinta stella per il solo fatto che volendo essere pignoli hanno un po' di tutto, ma nel caso ci sia bisogno di qualcosa di specifico ci si accorge che spesso manca il prodotto di cui si ha esattamente bisogno in quanto di hanno solo alcuni articoli generici di quella tipologia (essendo motociclista accanito ho notato questa cosa soprattutto nel reparto moto)
Personalmente se dovessi comprare abbigliamento/accessori da moto andrei altrove (a Faenza) dove so di avere il triplo della scelta e prezzi migliori a parità di prodotto, ciò non toglie che chi cerca un prodotto e non conosce negozi specifici di quel settore troverà questo come un ottimo posto dove fare acquisti
Pignoleria a parte bel negozio e nota positiva per lo staff giovane, sicuramente in caso di bisogno sarà un buon posto dove fare acquisti
Finally Bep's has arrived in Imola !! Obviously the shop is well stocked and there are really things of all kinds and for all tastes, it will surely become an important point of reference for many Imolese also given the strategic position.
I do not give the fifth star for the mere fact that wanting to be picky they have a bit of everything, but in case you need something specific you realize that often the product you need exactly is missing as they only have a few generic items of that type (being an avid motorcyclist I noticed this especially in the motorcycle department)
Personally, if I had to buy motorcycle clothing / accessories I would go elsewhere (in Faenza) where I know I have triple the choice and better prices for the same product, the fact remains that those looking for a product and do not know specific shops in that sector will find this as a great place to shop
Fussyness apart from nice shop and positive note for the young staff, surely in case of need it will be a good place to shop

Great experience! I bought a garage with relative bars a few months ago, and in addition to the convenience I found the staff to be very polite, professional and helpful. Special thanks to Camilla for the excellent advice, the prompt resolution of a small problem and the assembly of the box with the bars. I was thus able to leave for a wonderful weekend with my family. Highly recommended!!
