La misura non andava bene, chiedo il reso che non è possibile fare perché la persona a cui ho regalato le scarpe ha indossato le scarpe una volta (per provarle). Il pacco è arrivato un giorno dopo la consegna prevista, era un regalo di compleanno. Se volete chiedere resi o rimborsi state attenti alle condizioni delle scarpe e soprattutto mettete nuovamente le mani sul portafoglio perché pagate sia l’andata che il ritorno (se vi accettano il cambio di scarpa).
