Il mio punteggio basso è dovuto al personale, premetto che ho avuto la stessa esperienza in altri punti vendita della catena, quindi ritengo siano direttive imposte ai dipendenti. TROPPA INSISTENZA, non si fa in tempo a entrare che ti saltano addosso proponendo di tutto, se ti va di farti un giro per curiosare devi esplicitamente dichiararlo altrimenti ti ritrovi il personale che ti insegue chiedendoti che macchina hai che caffe vuoi come sono i tuo gusti ecc.
