Condimenti gustosi e di qualità: la mozzarella che sa di mozzarella come è ormai raro trovare, le verdure fresche grigliate, patatine fritte, vero prosciutto cotto (non "spalla"), per una pizza buona come non ne mangiavo da anni: equilibrio perfetto di sale, mai eccessivo (difatti non è scattata la necessità del litro e mezzo d'acqua da tenere a portata di mano che altre pizzerie richiedono per digerire i loro prodotti), niente escoriazioni al palato come può capitare con certi impasti troppo asciutti, farciture omogenee, generosissime, succulente. Era davvero tanto che non mangiavo così bene la pizza. Non dai fratelli La Bufala, forse una volta a Vitulazio, da NapulèOne. Bravissimi, prezzi onesti e puntuali.
