Capri Tiberio Palace

STAY AWAY ... We booked this hotel because it was one of the best hotels in capri apparently. We paid around 600 euro for a standard room which was one of the best options as capri is a very expensive island. Here are some points 1) The pictures online make the hotel look much better than it really is. They even show you a picture on their website of a beautiful jacuzzi and rooftop which you think is part of the hotel but its actually a suite. Why are they showing it as if it is open to all guests?!!! The view of the beach is interrupted by various cables and electric lines which does not look good. 2) The staff is unfortunately quite snobby and they literally kicked us out of the room at check out time sending a guy who kept ringing the bell outside until we collected all our baggage and left. They gave us a complimentary extension for our checkout until around 1pm, however the second it hit 1pm they called our room to get us out. Note: the hotel is empty, there should not be a rush to get us out of the room so quickly. We were literally getting our things ready to go downstairs at 1pm but they kept calling to remind us to get out. 3) The interior design is very very strange 4) because of covid the hotel was literally empty and they didnt want to give us a room upgrade. We were literally the only ones at the hotel. 5) the turn down service which is supposed to be at around 7 pm or at the latest at around 8pm, came at around 11pm (!!!), while we were almost falling asleep. They literally forgot about us. This hotel is really just another little boutique hotel and unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Please use this feedback as constructive criticism.

Very good food and an amazing service. 100% recommended. We came back twice. I would like to make an special mention to Pasquale and to the manager Francesco Verda, their service was impeccable. Also, without the chef Nello Siano, it would not have been the same.

This was one of the greatest hotels we stayed so far. Besides the unique design of the hotel and the rooms, the friendliness of the staff is over the top. Never experienced this level of hosting in any other 5 star hotel so far. Also, the location of the hotel is just perfect, all known restaurants are in walking distance as well as the main Piazza. The breakfast is so versatile, there is something for every taste and the choice is amazing. Also, the restaurant within the hotel for lunch and dinner is exceptional. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels on Capri. What comes in handy is the luggage transfer from and to the harbour. The front desk recommendet some really fantastic restaurants with local cuisine please feel free to ask if you need assistance. The hotel itself is very well maintained with beautiful rooms and top service ... rarely we stayed at a hotel with such attentive and friendly staff. We loved the location, which is actually at the end of the shopping/ restaurant area but at the same time only a few minutes away from some lovely cafés and bars.

My husband and I have stayed in plenty of gorgeous hotels, but never have we ever had an experience like the one offered to us by the staff at Tiberio Palace. We felt like royalty- Oliver in particular takes care of your every need; restaurant reservations, day-trip activities, and more. The pool staff are incredible. Everyone is constantly ensuring that you have the most wonderful, effortless, romantic stay. And the hotel itself? MAGICAL! Absolutely more than a 5 star hotel.

One of my favorite hotels to date, I didn’t want to leave! First, the location cannot be beat - right in the center of Capri - near the best restaurants and shops on the island. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and willing to help you make your trip memorable at every moment. It is more of an intimate boutique hotel vibe that we love. The decor is also something to be marveled at. They upgraded our room and I was floored when we walked in. They made it such a memorable baby moon for us and we cannot wait to come back! Do not book elsewhere, it’s the best hotel on the island. PS - make sure you get the ravioli caprese (we tried this dish at 4 other restaurants and we still voted the hotel was the best!)

What an absolutely stunning place with a beautiful spa. I went as a spa visitor which was much better organised and much bigger than I thought. The building is a piece of art with every storey a different style of Italian chic. That’s literally how I would always think of Capri from now on. The staff was also amazing and the ladies at the spa made sure I had everything I needed. A massive thumbs up. A little tip, do try the cocktails at their bar, the windows offer excellent views of the Capri village.

The staff at the hotel made us feel like royalty. Every step there was someone from the staff ready to help. Hotel is absolutely beautiful and room was super comfortable and was extremely spacious. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, wow.... A member from the hotel met us at the ferry, provided complimentary funicular tickets, and gave us a small map of how to get there on foot. It is nestled in a quiet section of Capri within walking distance to absolutely everything. Even when we switched hotels they set up everything and we didn't have to lift a finger.
