Ho avuto la fortuna di essere un cliente di questo negozio, servito dalla signora Lucia (se ricordo male il nome non me ne si voglia, ho una pessima memoria per i nomi), dove servire vuol dire essere utili.
In questo tempio il commercio è quello che era una volta, quando chi aveva una bottega, era un maestro nel suo campo, non c'entra nulla con i negozi di oggi dove trovi ragazzetti frustrati che non sanno nemmeno cosa vendono. Qui c'è una competenza che non esiste più.
Dopo un paio di prove decisamente sbagliate come articolo (una perché decisamente fuori budget, a dire il vero, quindi colpa del mio essere povero) e nonostante il mio non sapere esattamente cosa volgio, la signora mi tira fuori con nonchalance il cappello perfetto!
Essere loro cliente è un'esperienza di spettacolo puro, dovrebbero far pagare un biglietto a parte oltre al capo che si acquista.
Comunque un solo tristissimo rimpianto.
Aver conosciuto tale posto solo oggi e scoprire che chiuderà a breve.
Con loro se ne andrà una grossa e importantiassima fetta di quell'Italia che ha reso grande il nome dell'Italia nel mondo.
Non posso che augurare il meglio alla signora Lucia con tutto il mio cuore, portare sempre con affetto il suo cappello, e spendere un pensiero per lei ogni volta che lo porterò, sono stato suo cliente una sola volta, ma già le volgio bene.
A chi ne ha la possibilità, e legge, consiglio spassionato, vada a farci un salto, non credo possa pentirsene.
I was there today for the first time.
I was lucky enough to be a customer of this shop, served by Mrs. Lucia (if I remember correctly the name I don't want to, I have a bad memory for names), where serving means being useful.
In this temple, trade is what it once was, when whoever had a shop was a master in his field, it has nothing to do with today's shops where you find frustrated kids who don't even know what they sell. Here is a skill that no longer exists.
After a couple of decidedly wrong tests as an article (one because it was definitely out of budget, to be honest, so my fault is my being poor) and despite my not knowing exactly what I want, the lady nonchalantly pulls me out the perfect hat!
Being their customer is a pure show experience, they should charge a separate ticket in addition to the item you buy.
However, only one very sad regret.
Having known this place only today and discovering that it will close shortly.
A large and important slice of Italy that made Italy's name in the world great will go with them.
I can only wish Mrs. Lucia the best with all my heart, always wear her hat with affection, and spend a thought for her every time I wear it, I have been her client only once, but I already love her.
To those who have the opportunity, and read, dispassionate advice, go and drop by, I don't think they can regret it.
