★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vous êtes ici au terminus de la ligne de tram de Torino numéro 10 cette ligne est principalement employés par les employés et fait l'objet actuellement de réflexion en effet les voies sont assez vieilles et le ballast doit être changé ceci représente quelques millions d'investissement chaque année pour les GTT.
You are here at the terminus of the number 10 Torino tram line this line is mainly used by the employees and is currently undergoing reflection indeed the tracks are quite old and the ballast needs to be changed this represents a few million investment each year for GTTs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio vergognoso, la linea 10 è scandalosa, non c'è mattina che non capiti qualcosa. Ieri e oggi ho aspettato il passaggio del tram alla fermata di corso cosenza per oltre mezz'ora, insieme a decine e decine di persone, impiegati, studenti. Ancge quando il servizio è piu o meno accettabile non rispettano i passaggi, aspetti per 15/20 minuti e poi ne arrivano due, tre uno dietro'altro.
Quandi poi ti permetti di chiedere all'autista il motivo del ritardo, se ti va bene non risponde altrimenti ti insulta!
E qundi uno potrebbe dire fai un reclamo scritto, INUTILE, se ti va bene ti rispondono con la solita lettera, cerificheremo, provvederemo, etc etc. Senza ovviamente che ti facciano sapere che esito ha avuto il tuo reclamo! Vergognoso!!
Shameful service, line 10 is outrageous, there is no morning that you don't understand something. Yesterday and today I waited for the passage of the tram to the Corso Cosenza stop for over half an hour, along with dozens and dozens of people, employees, students. Also when the service is more or less acceptable they do not respect the steps, you wait for 15/20 minutes and then two arrive, three one behind the other.
Then when you allow yourself to ask the driver the reason for the delay, if it suits you he does not reply otherwise he insults you!
And then one could say make a written, useless complaint, if you like it they will reply with the usual letter, we will certify, we will provide, etc. etc. Without, of course, letting you know what outcome your complaint has had! Shameful!!
