Magari uno si risparmia dei km dal centro inutilmente....pessimo servizio!!! Prima ci fa salire e poi ci fà scendere perché non avevamo la museruola. Nessun avviso alla fermata mentre I cartelli a Torbole e Riva sono chiari museruola solo per i cani di indole aggressiva. In Trentino siete bravi su molte cose, ma sui rapporti con gli animali avete ancora molta strada da fare! Riva del garda Torbole, 2 adults + small dog puppy. Plenty of late! First he makes us go up and then he lets us go down because we didn't have a muzzle. No warning at the stop while the signs in Torbole and Riva are clearly muzzled only for dogs of an aggressive nature. In Trentino you are good at many things, but on animal relations you still have a long way to go!

Mi ha risposto in modo molto maleducato facendomi pagare il biglietto a prezzo pieno, senza darmi informazioni sul come rifare la tessera. Io sempre precisa con biglietti e tutto, poi ogni volta c'è un sacco di gente senza mascherina/con la mascherina abbassata. My transport card was stolen and I asked the conductor for information. Bad service, almost always arrogant drivers, ask for information or snort or respond aggressively, bus lines full especially lines 3 and 8, better not add anything else ...

Corse saltate e nessuno che fa niente, no rimpiazzi, no scuse, ne niente. Aggiornamento 22/03/22 Lavori in corso, pertanto la linea 17 devia saltando 2 fermate. Oggi non sono presenti lavori, né tantomeno lavoratori quindi la fermata dovrebbe essere disponibile. Ho perso ben 2 autobus per via di questo problema. I dipendenti si dovrebbero informare meglio delle condizioni del percorso la mattina quando vanno al lavoro Aggiornamento 30/03/22 Autobus fermo in mezzo alla strada per una macchina parcheggiata in doppia fila. Io in ritardo chiedo di poter salire (avendo pure difficoltà motorie), la autista non mi fa salire e mi fa andare a piedi fino alla fermata dopo. Appena arrivato salta la fermata. Ho dovuto farmi tutta Trento a piedi arrivando in ritardo per questa autista senza il minimo di rispetto. Un consiglio: se volete diventare un servizio più decente (visto che avete clienti esclusivamente perché siete l'unico servizio, purtroppo, di trasporti pubblici in Trentino), assumete un personale competente. Bad drivers, they insult, yell, use the phone to drive .. Buses that do not pass .. Skipped races and no one doing anything, no replacements, no excuses, no nothing. Update 22/03/22 Work in progress, therefore line 17 diverts by skipping 2 stops. Today there are no jobs, nor workers so the stop should be available. I missed 2 buses due to this problem. I had to walk all over Trento arriving late for this driver without the slightest respect. A tip: if you want to become a more decent service (since you only have customers because you are unfortunately the only public transport service in Trentino), hire competent staff.
