Ovviamente posso qui imparare molto della Capoeira ,e ,non solo il lato tecnico, ma anche quello "saggio", che è quello che mi fa stupire più particolarmente per come sono fatta io. Gli insegnanti sono tutti tanto moolto pazienti e mi son sentita fin da subito accolta! Già dopo la prima lezione, ho percepito un'energia moooolto solare, nel senso piena di luce . Oltre a poter fare un po' di movimento, questo è uno dei pochissimi luoghi capace di ricaricarmi così tanto e di darmi tanta energia :) Gli insegnanti sono tutti tanto speciali I found myself and I am fine ? Obviously I can learn a lot about Capoeira here, and, not only the technical side, but also the "wise" one, which is what amazes me most particularly for how I am made. The teachers are all so very patient and I immediately felt welcomed! Already after the first lesson, I perceived a loooong solar energy, in the sense full of light. In addition to being able to do some movement, this is one of the very few places that can recharge me so much and give me so much energy :) The teachers are all so special
