Attese bibliche senza misure Covid a tutela del paziente: 4 o più persone (accompagnate)con appuntamento allo stesso orario.Servizio di segreteria scarso e scortese. Unico interesse i soldi. Pazienti trattati come numeri e non come persone. Totale assenza di umanità ed empatia per chi si professa specialista din un percorso donna e della fertilità di coppia. Bad experience. C	Carlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle peggiori esperienza mai avute in vita mia. Scarsissima professionalità, servizio penoso. 1) Gli orari degli appuntamenti sono perfettamente inutili. Preparatevi ad aspettare anche per 2 o 3 ore il vostro turno (anzi, andate direttamente 2 o 3 ore più tardi). Si aspetta in piedi, sul pianerottolo del palazzo. In pieno Covid, decine di persone ammassate. Se si chiede una soluzione a questo, la segretaria suggerisce di arrivare direttamente dopo le 19:30 / 20:00, così si è direttamente ultimi senza aspettare. Follia. 2) Servizio di segreteria inefficiente e scortese. Scontrose, maleducate e, soprattutto, incapaci. Ci sono state mandate delle prescrizioni mediche in formato word, senza nessuna firma del medico. Carta straccia. Persino il medico di base si è rifiutato di prenderle in considerazione. Naturalmente tutto tempo perso perché bisogna ritornare e fare le attese bibliche. 3) Le cose descritte sopra sarebbero anche accettabili se fossero controbilanciate dalla professionalità. Zero. Non fatevi ingannare dal primo appuntamento, troverete una persona cordiale e attenta, che prende appunti ed è felice di ascoltare. Dalla seconda volta in poi vi saranno fatte sempre le stesse domande (ma gli appunti della prima volta dove sono finiti?), la sedia scotterà (vi dovete alzare in 10 minuti) e vi dovete sorbire una persona anche inutilmente caustica. Zero empatia, zero professionalità, zero attenzione, solo frustrazione. Siete un bancomat. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Noi purtroppo ce ne siamo resi conto dopo aver buttato soldi e tempo. Vuoi parlare con il dottore dopo aver pagato 130 euro e ti risponde la finissima ostetrica segretaria. Lunghe ore di attesa sia con covid sia senza. Mai più. Il mio Pap test mai visto. Ho buttato solo soldi...e non mi hanno risolto nemmeno il problema...Segretarie che non servono... Bad ....
