Preso appuntamento per un giorno scopro andando che l'appuntamento era per il giorno precedente e nessuno mi aveva avvisato (nonostante si siano presi il numero di telefono ed avessi chiesto il bigliettino con la data dell'appuntamento che non mi è stato dato perché ritenuto non necessario). Morale della storia, sono dovuta rientrare a casa senza ricevere il servizio.
Unprofessional in making appointments. I will not go anymore.
I made an appointment for a day and I discover by going that the appointment was for the previous day and no one had warned me (although they took the telephone number and asked for the note with the date of the appointment that was not given to me because it was considered not necessary). Moral of the story, I had to go home without receiving the service.
