P	Paola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giudizio negativo perché,come spesso accade,per pochi che non svolgono il loro lavoro come si deve,ci rimette anche chi lavora con impegno e professionalità.Mi riferisco soprattutto ad un autista della linea V della vallata,che passa molto spesso prima dell'orario previsto e se vede una persona che sta correndo o gli fa un cenno perché deve salire, invece di fermarsi alla fermata e aspettare 10 secondi, nonostante sia in anticipo e quindi in "torto",passa a diritto, soprattutto se si tratta di ragazzini.Gia' chiesto a lui il motivo e ricevuta risposta sgarbata,quasi offensiva.Gia' segnalato diverse volte all'ufficio addetto,sia per telefono che per mail( e non solo io),ma la cosa continua a ripetersi..... Negative judgment because, as often happens, for a few who do not do their job properly, even those who work with commitment and professionalism lose out.I am referring above all to a driver of the V line of the valley, who passes very often before the time expected and if he sees a person who is running or gives him a sign because he has to get on, instead of stopping at the stop and waiting 10 seconds, despite being early and therefore "wrong", he goes straight, especially if they are kids. Already asked him why and received a rude, almost offensive reply. Already reported several times to the office, both by phone and by mail (and not just me), but it keeps repeating itself .....

Qui mi preme elogiare questa grande azienda che per decenni ha svolto un servizio lodevole a Prato e dintorni, inglobando anche la fiorentina Lazzi e la pistoiese Copit. Puoi purtroppo sono arrivati i Francesi e hanno mandato tutto all'aria. There is no point in complaining here if a bus arrives late due to traffic. It is useless to complain here if so many people get on the bus without a ticket. Here I would like to praise this great company which for decades has performed a commendable service in Prato and its surroundings, also incorporating the Florentine Lazzi and the Pistoian Copit. You can, unfortunately, the French have arrived and have screwed everything up.

Un vero autista deve imparare a gestire le proprie emozioni per qualsiasi tipo di lavoro che ha a che fare con le persone. Non meritava di essere sostituita. The C A P was a beautiful structure created by all the citizens of Pratesi for the recovery of their city after the end of the war and also afterwards.
